A celebration of the neighborhood’s history, art, and modern urban living, this property stands as a unique blend of industrial modern design with eclectic finishes. Offering a welcoming space that communicates the vibrant spirit of Bridgeland to renters while providing a private retreat for our client and his sons to create lasting memories in this dynamic and culturally rich community.

Railside by Wanderluxe | Calgary, AB
A much-needed addition to Calgary’s revitalized C&E District, this site will become the nearest hotel to the Calgary Stampede Grounds, The Saddledome, and the newly renovated BMO Convention Center. A unique opportunity to contextually communicate the history of the Elbow River region through design, indigenous + rustic charm amalgamates with the traditional aesthetic of Kate Reed’s railway hotels.

Communicating nostalgic charm reminiscent of British pub culture, and the vibrant community of Davie Street. patrons will be enveloped in a fresh, inviting atmosphere that evokes a sense of warmth and camaraderie. Maintaining a connection to nature, biophilic elements are brought indoors to mimic the charming outdoor secret garden. Here, patrons can unwind amidst lush greenery while embracing the laid-back spirit and conviviality that defines the essence of a traditional pub experience.
